French Tapestry Silk Scarf

An eighteenth-century French drawing room, folded into a square of silk. Roses tumble through carved rocaille cartouches, ribbons of gilt scrollwork wander between them, and every border is drawn by hand in the atelier. The Blue is cool and courtly — powder blue edging a cream ground scattered with chrysanthemums and delphinium. The Rose is warmer and more romantic — antique pink framing painted medallions and cabbage roses in bloom.
