Every Blue Frame design begins as an original hand-painted artwork. This policy sets out the ownership of, and permitted use of, the creative and brand assets of The Blue Frame Atelier (“we”, “us”, “our”). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Ownership of Content
All artwork, textile prints, illustrations, hand-painted designs, patterns, motifs, photographs, logos, packaging, graphics, collection names, website content, and related materials displayed on this website (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and the Designs Act, 2000.
Restrictions on Use
No Content may be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, modified, uploaded, transmitted, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited — in whole or in part, in any form or medium — without our prior written permission. You may not create derivative works from, or reproduce as merchandise, any of our designs.
Trademarks

Enforcement
