Shipping Policy


Every Blue Frame piece is prepared, wrapped, and sent to you with the same care it was made. This policy explains how and when your order will travel to you, so that the moment of its arrival is as considered as everything that comes before it.

At a glance. Complimentary shipping across India. Ready pieces are dispatched within 2–5 business days; made-to-order pieces take a little longer. You will receive tracking the moment your order leaves the studio.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India and to select international destinations. If your country does not appear at checkout, please write to us — we will do our best to arrange delivery to you.

2. Preparing your order

Because our pieces are hand-finished, each order is prepared with care before it travels:

  • Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–5 business days of your order being confirmed.
  • Made-to-order and personalised pieces are created especially for you and typically take 2–6 weeks, depending on the piece. The timeframe is noted on the product page and in your confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. During festive seasons and new-collection launches, preparation may take a little longer — we will always keep you informed.

3. Shipping within India

  • Complimentary shipping on all orders across India.
  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–8 business days to other locations.
  • We ship through trusted partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Shiprocket.

4. International shipping

  • International orders are typically delivered within 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Shipping charges for international orders, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges levied by the destination country are set by that country’s authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in your order total and are payable on delivery. We are unable to predict or reimburse them.
  • Should a parcel be returned to us because duties were declined or the parcel was unclaimed, we will refund the value of the goods less any shipping and handling costs incurred.

5. Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation and a tracking link by email, so that you may follow its journey to your door.

6. Delivery and attempts

Our courier partners will ordinarily make 2–3 delivery attempts. To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, or from no one being available to receive the parcel.

7. If a delivery is delayed

Once your order is with our courier partner, its journey is in their hands, and occasional delays — from weather, festivals, remote locations, or customs — are beyond our control. We will always help you follow up and resolve any concern. Estimated timeframes are offered in good faith and are not guaranteed.

8. If a parcel is lost in transit

In the rare event that a parcel appears lost, please write to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an inquiry with the courier and, once a loss is confirmed, arrange a replacement or a full refund.

9. Please check your address with care

Orders are dispatched to the address you provide at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

10. The care in every parcel

Each piece is wrapped in our signature packaging, chosen to protect it in transit and to make its arrival feel like the occasion it is. Should a parcel arrive damaged, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy — we will make it right.
